Through the "Be Your Best" (BYB) Program, BVC seeks to hire disabled and non disabled veterans that are interested in a career in Information Technology (IT), medical or business administration.

BVC will work with you to enroll in the Veterans Administration education and training programs you qualify for to be eligible for jobs with BVC and through its partner network. Once you or your spouse complete the necessary training, education and/or certifications, BVC will offer you a position on one of our client contracts or refer you to a partner organization for an offer of employment. Veterans and their spouses participating in the BYB program incur no cost.

Below is a listing of the types of positions BVC and its partner organizations need to fill. The positions are currently focused in the IT and medical administration career field and will offer paid advancement opportunites for promotions with increased earnings. According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor , Occupational Handbook, 2010-11 Edition, veterans and spouses will find the following occupations have hiring prospects projected to grow much faster than average(employement increase of 20% or more) over the period 2008-2018.
